I. BASIC INFORMATION

The online store at www.inglotcosmetics.gr (hereinafter referred to as the Store), through which the Products offered online (hereinafter referred to as "Products") are sold, is operated by "LIFF" LIFE IS FOR FUN GREECE IKE, based in Heraklion, Crete (postal code 712 02), at 12 Daedalou Street, with VAT number 802498888.

Information regarding the Products and their prices is provided by "LIFF" on the Store’s website. The information related to the Products and their prices displayed on www.inglotcosmetics.gr is valid exclusively for the Products offered in the Store.

The entity responsible for the information published on the Store’s website is LIFE IS FOR FUN GREECE IKE, which can be contacted via the website www.inglotcosmetics.gr, by email at [email protected], or by phone at 216-0043672.

The entity purchasing the Products via the Store is the Customer, who may be either an individual (consumer) or a business entity with consumer rights. The consumer is defined as an individual who engages in a legal transaction with a business entity that is not directly related to their professional activity or work. The term also applies to an individual entering into an agreement directly related to their professional activity, when it is evident from the content of the contract that it does not have a professional character for them, as proven especially by the scope of their business activity, which is determined according to legal regulations in the Central Registry and Information for Business Activity, Law 2251/1994 (A' 191) "Consumer Protection".

The parties to the sales contract executed via the Store are:

  • The Customer, as referred to in section I.4 of the present document,
  • LIFE IS FOR FUN GREECE IKE based in Heraklion, Crete.

The sale is carried out online and is executed via a distance contract. The contract between the Store and the Customer is reciprocal. The service provided by the Store includes the transfer of ownership of the purchased Products to the Customer according to the contract. The Customer’s obligation includes payment for the purchased Products. The contract between the parties is concluded for an indefinite period.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is optional but necessary for making a purchase at the Store or creating a Customer Account.

The Products purchased through the Store are delivered exclusively within Greece.

The Customer’s Pseudonym is the name and the initial of their surname.

AS APPLICABLE IF THESE TERMS ARE MORE FAVORABLE TO THE CONSUMER.

II. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

All information about the essential characteristics of the Products is presented on the Store’s website.

The Store delivers the Products in the order in which confirmed orders are received, until the stock available for this type of sale is exhausted.

Orders for products with a total value not exceeding 1.00 EUR will not be processed.

If specific Products are unavailable, the Store will post a relevant notice about this on the Store’s website next to the description of those Products. However, if the Store posts the notice of non-availability of a specific Product after the Customer’s order has been accepted, or if it is unable to process the order for any other reason, the Store will promptly inform the Customer that the order cannot be processed, at the latest within 30 days from the day the Customer declared that they have concluded the Agreement. If the Customer has paid for the Product, the Store will refund the amount due for the Product within this period.

All prices for Products displayed on the Store’s website are in euros and include VAT.

The price listed next to each Product is binding at the moment the Customer places the order.

The Store reserves the right to change the prices of the Products offered in the Store, withdraw Products from the catalog, or introduce new Products, conduct and cancel promotional activities on the Store’s website, or make changes to them. These changes will not affect the prices of Products determined in orders placed before the price changes or the terms of promotional activities or offers that have been implemented.

Discounts arising from coupons and vouchers for Inglot brand Products are not cumulative. Only one coupon or voucher can be used for a single purchase of Products under a specific order, unless the content of the coupon/voucher specifies otherwise.

Each notice for a price reduction, in addition to the reduced price, includes information about the lowest price of the specific product during the 30 days preceding the price reduction. If the specific product has been offered for less than 30 days, the notice of the reduced price includes information about the lowest price of this product from the day it was introduced until the day the price was reduced.

III. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

Customer orders are accepted through the Store’s website (www.inglotcosmetics.gr) once the order registration process is completed. In the order, the Customer:

  • selects the Products;
  • specifies the delivery address;
  • chooses the type of receipt (cash receipt, VAT invoice);
  • selects the payment method.

Providing personal data in the registration form is necessary for processing the purchase transaction. The Customer must provide accurate data to enable communication and delivery of the Products, including the precise delivery address. The Store is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect data.

The Store reserves the right to refuse to process an order if the data provided by the Customer during registration is incomplete, incorrect, or false.

Before submitting the order, the Customer can check and modify, if necessary, all data (e.g., name, surname, address, payment method, and the variety and quantity of the ordered Products).

The sales contract for the Products offered through the Store is considered concluded when the Store accepts and confirms the Customer’s order. The acceptance of the order by the Store takes place when the order confirmation is sent to the Customer.

IV. PAYMENT / DELIVERY

Payment for the Products ordered in the Store can be made using one of the following methods:

Payment by credit/debit card via NEXI

Cash on delivery

Bank transfer

In the case of payments via transfer, the Store reserves the right to wait for the payment for 14 days from the date the order is placed. If the amount is not credited to the LIFE IS FOR FUN GREECE IKE bank account during this period, the Products will not be shipped, and the contract will be considered void.

Delivery is made exclusively within the territory of Greece via the ACS courier service.

The shipping cost depends on the value of the ordered Products. Please note that shipping fees depend on the delivery location, which is affected by the agreed prices with the carrier for each individual purchase, and all shipments originate from Greece.

Delivery Policy in Greece:

For orders up to 35 EUR, the shipping cost is 3 EUR. This cost covers all expenses related to the shipping of INGLOT products to the customer.

For orders over 35 EUR, delivery is free. This is our way of showing gratitude to our customers for their trust in our brand.

Please note that the shipping costs are added to the order during the checkout process. This ensures transparent communication of the costs and eliminates any surprises for customers when completing the purchase.

V. TRANSACTION SECURITY

All payments made with a card are processed via the electronic payment platform "Nexi XPay" by Nexi Payments Greece S.A., and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding the information until it reaches the designated recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

A Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day after receiving the Products by submitting a written statement. For this purpose, the Customer may use the withdrawal statement template, which is sent to the Customer along with the Products and is available on the Store’s website - Section IX.

In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is required to return the purchased Products within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer. The Store does not accept cash on delivery payments.

To return the products, the items must be shipped within 14 days from the submission of the withdrawal statement from the sales contract, to the following address: LIFE IS FOR FUN GREECE IKE at the branch in the Chalandri area, Athens (postal code 152 34), at 13 Agias Paraskevis Street, with VAT number 802498888, "Online-Shop – Return".

Not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, the Store will refund the Customer all amounts paid by the Customer, including the delivery costs of the Products (excluding any additional costs arising from the delivery method chosen by the Customer that is not the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Store). The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used, unless the Customer has explicitly agreed to a different refund method that does not incur any costs for the Customer. If the Store does not offer the collection of the Products from the Customer, it is entitled to suspend the refund until it receives the Products back or until the Customer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.

The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the Product.

The Products must be returned, if possible, with all the documents usually accompanying the Products, including the VAT invoice if issued to the Customer, and, if possible, in the original packaging.

VII. COMPLAINTS

The Store ensures that the Products delivered conform to the contract.

If the Products do not conform to the contract, the Customer, who is a Consumer, may submit a complaint and request the repair or replacement of the Products.

The Store is entitled to replace the product when the Customer requests repair, or the Store may repair the product when the Customer requests replacement, if it is impossible or would require excessive costs for the Store to bring the Products into conformity with the contract in the way chosen by the Consumer. If repair and replacement are impossible or would require excessive costs, the Store may refuse to bring the Products into conformity with the contract.

The Store will repair or replace the Product within a reasonable time from the moment it is informed by the Customer about the non-conformity with the contract, and without unreasonable inconvenience to the Customer, taking into account the specific nature of the Products and the purpose for which the Customer bought them. The costs of repair or replacement, mainly including postage, shipping, labor, and materials, will be borne by the Store. The Customer must make the Products to be repaired or replaced available to the Store. The Store will collect the Products from the Customer at its own expense.

If the Products do not conform to the contract, the Customer who is a Consumer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract in accordance with the terms of Article 43e of the Consumer Rights Law.

Customers must send complaints related to this section by mail to the following address: LIFE IS FOR FUN GREECE IKE, based in Heraklion, Crete (postal code 712 02), at 12 Daidalou Street, with the note “Online Store – complaint.” These may be submitted in any form. It is safer to do so in writing for evidentiary purposes. To expedite the processing of complaints, the Customer should describe the non-conformity of the Products with the contract and specify their request.

Complaints will be processed no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date the complaint is received by the Store.

A Customer who is a Consumer may use an out-of-court procedure to submit complaints and exercise claims before the Permanent Consumer Court under the service of the Regional Commercial Inspection Authority. Additionally, the Consumer Customer may use an out-of-court procedure to exercise claims in disputes related to contractual obligations arising from sales or service contracts concluded online, using the EU ODR platform for dispute resolution, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Customer may also submit a request for dispute resolution to a permanent consumer arbitration court (information at: http://spsk.wiih.org.pl/index.php?id=110&id2=109). Furthermore, the Consumer may seek help from the local (municipal) consumer ombudsman or from a social organization whose statutory purposes include consumer protection (e.g., the Consumers' Federation, the Association of Polish Consumers). VIII. REVIEW SUBMISSION PRINCIPLES AND RATING

The Store allows Customers to express their opinions and evaluate the Products offered using the Comment Form available on the Store’s website.

Comments and Ratings can only be submitted by registered Customers. A Comment can only be submitted along with a Rating. The Customer is not required to submit a Comment along with the Rating. Published Comments with Ratings, along with the Customer’s Nickname, are accessible to the public. The Customer can rate the Products using the Comment Form and selecting the number of stars next to the product they are evaluating.

To submit a Comment, the Customer must log in to the Store’s website and then, on the relevant product tab, click the "Write your Review" tab and fill in the two required fields: the Title of the Comment and the Comment itself. The Customer can also assign a rating by selecting the appropriate number of stars and then clicking the "Submit Review" button. The Comment will automatically be tagged with the Customer’s Nickname associated with their account. By clicking the "Submit Review" button, the Customer agrees to the publication of their Nickname along with the Comment and its use by the Online Store as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

The Customer may request the deletion of the Comment they have submitted and published at any time. For this purpose, they should contact the Store by sending an email to: [email protected].

The Store may protect the content of Comments when required by law, by decision of the competent public authority, or upon request.

By submitting a Comment, the Customer simultaneously declares that:

a. they are the sole author of the Comment,

b. they hold all the rights and licenses related to the Comment and their Nickname,

c. the Comment reflects their personal opinion about the Product,

d. neither the Comment nor the Customer’s Nickname infringe any laws or third-party rights.

By submitting a Comment, the user agrees to the publication of the Comment with the Rating if these have been posted on www.inglotcosmetics.com and agrees to their disclosure to the public along with their Nickname and their use according to these Terms and Conditions.

The Customer’s Nickname and the Comment, in particular, must not:

a. be contrary to the law, decency, or principles of social coexistence;

b. contain images, links (URLs) to websites, test results, audio/video materials;

c. violate any third-party rights, especially trademarks;

d. contain misleading or false information;

e. be edited in a way that suggests they were created by the Store or another entity, rather than the Customer;

f. contain information unrelated to the evaluated Products;

g. contain personal data or email addresses;

h. contain computer viruses or other harmful code;

i. advertise or promote third-party services or products.

The Store has the right to:

a. remove part or all of the Comment if:

  a1. it is irrelevant to the sale of the Products or does not describe them,

  a2. it is offensive, immoral, incomprehensible, or contains curses,

  a3. it violates any generally binding law or third-party rights,

b. shorten the Comment,

c. translate and publish the translated Comment,

d. publish the Comment and Rating in any case along with the Customer’s Nickname.

Except for point 10, the Store does not process the Comments or the Customer's Nicknames, but it reserves the right not to publish them if they violate the provisions of these Terms regarding the requirements for the Comment or Nickname.

The Store does not verify Comments and Ratings to ensure they have been submitted by Customers who have used or purchased the Products.

The Customer acknowledges that deleting their account does not automatically delete any Comments and Ratings previously posted.

By submitting a Comment, the Customer agrees that LIFE IS FOR FUN GREECE IKE, based in Heraklion, Crete (postal code 712 02), at 12 Daidalou Street, may publish the Comment, Rating, and Customer’s Nickname freely, without time and geographical restrictions, in electronic media, primarily on the official INGLOT websites: www.inglotcosmetics.gr.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Law, the Electronic Services Law, and other relevant legislation.

The parties cannot, by agreement, waive or limit the application of the provisions of the aforementioned laws.

Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment they are announced, unless otherwise stated in the amendments. The provisions of contracts concluded before the modification of these Terms and Conditions remain unchanged until those contracts are performed. Modifications do not affect any acquired rights.

X. INSTRUCTIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you acquire physical possession of the products, or from the day a third party, other than the carrier you designated, acquires physical possession of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us: LIFE IS FOR FUN GREECE IKE, based in Heraklion, Crete (postal code 712 02), at 12 Daidalou Street, with the note "Online Store – returned Products", of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

You may use the withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline, you can send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering your order (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any charges for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you provide evidence of their return, whichever comes first.

Please return or deliver the products to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered met if you send the products back before the 14-day period expires.
